The basic Open Water Course begins once each month and involves a maximum of five Confined Water dives (at Arundel Swim Center), and two Open Water trips to Millbrook Quarry (five dives). While the Basic Package is the most cost effective, it is also the least flexible. This option is most applicable to individuals who can conform to a fixed schedule and desire a basic price for the course. The package includes:

Course Materials (Instruction Guide, Workbook, CD, Audio Tape, etc.)
Instruction for both pool and quarry
Equipment: Air, Regulator, BC, weights (Mask, Fins, Snorkel, or dive suit not included)
Classroom sessions (e.g., Introduction, Pressure effects, Dive tables)
Test, Scoring and Feedback
Certification Card
*Open Water equipment rental (Air, Regulator, BC, weights, dive suit) and Quarry Passes are not included
PRICE: Call for prices or Request Info

The "FLEX" Open Water Course begins on a date selected by the student and involves a maximum of seven Confined Water dives (at Arundel Swim Center), and two Open Water trips to Millbrook Quarry (five dives). The student has the flexibility to attend pool sessions at any time during a 90 day period (i.e., the course material and in-water skills must be completed during this time.) This option includes two additional pool sessions to be used by the student for extra skill refinement. The two Open Water dives at Millbrook Quarry may be scheduled on any Saturday when quarry dives are scheduled. The package includes:

Course Materials (Instruction Guide, Workbook, CD, Audio Tape, etc.)
Instruction for both pool and quarry (with 2 additional pool sessions)
Equipment: Air, Regulator, BC, weights (Mask, Fins, Snorkel, or dive suit not included)
Classroom sessions (e.g., Introduction, Pressure effects, Dive tables)
Quarry passes
Test, Scoring and Feedback
Certification Card
Open Water equipment rental (Air, Regulator, BC, weights, dive suit)
PRICE: Call for prices or Request Info

The "COMBO" package is designed for those individuals who are confident in their interest in SCUBA and who wish to complete both the Open Water Course and the EANx (NITROX) course at the same time. This package involves extra class materials and lectures, as well as two Open Water dives using Nitrox. All other benefits of the "FLEX" package apply.

Course Materials for Open Water Scuba AND Nitrox
Instruction for both pool and quarry (with 2 additional pool sessions)
Equipment: Air, Regulator, BC, weights (Mask, Fins, Snorkel, or dive suit not included)
Classroom sessions (e.g., Introduction, Pressure effects, Dive tables)
Quarry passes for 3 quarry sessions

Certification Cards for Open Water AND Nitrox
Open Water equipment rental (Air, Regulator, BC, weights, dive suit)

This option combines all of the benefits of the "FLEX" or "COMBO" packages, but substitutes a shop sponsored trip (student's choice) for the quarry dives. Participating in a trip in conjunction with the course offers year-round training with the same instructors and the benefit of completing Open Water dives in the ocean instead of the quarry. Schedule for training may be adjusted to coincide with trip schedule.

Course Materials (Instruction Guide, Workbook, CD, Audio Tape, etc.)
Instruction for both pool and ocean dives (with 2 additional pool sessions)
Equipment: Air, Regulator, BC, weights (Mask, Fins, Snorkel, or dive suit not included)
Classroom sessions (e.g., Introduction, Pressure effects, Dive tables)
Quarry passes
Test, Scoring and Feedback
Certification Card
Open Water equipment rental (Regulator, BC, weights, dive suit) is included
PRICE: Call for prices or Request Info

The "Executive" package is designed for those individuals with tight schedules and very limited time to complete a course. Based on the executive's schedule, this course can be completed in one week (assuming all skill development is satisfactory). The program requires attendance at four pool sessions and two quarry trips (or two open water ocean dives if combined with a shop scheduled trip). The student is guaranteed one on one instruction throughout all in-water instruction and classroom instruction (unless a scheduled class is available). THIS IS A CUSTOMIZED PACKAGE DESIGNED TO FIT THE STUDENT'S SPECIFIC NEEDS.

Course Materials (Instruction Guide, Workbook, CD, Audio Tape, etc.)
One on one instruction for both pool and quarry/ocean dives
Equipment: Air, Regulator, BC, weights (Mask, Fins, Snorkel, or dive suit not included)
Classroom sessions (e.g., Introduction, Pressure effects, Dive tables)
